Our ceremonial-grade matcha comes from Obubu Tea Garden in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan - shade-grown for three weeks before harvest to deepen the flavour and increase natural sweetness. Stone-ground to a fine powder using traditional granite mills. Drink it whisked with water, or as the base for a matcha latte.
