Jasmine Pearls

One of China's most graceful teas. Young green tea leaves from Fujian are hand-rolled into small tight pearls, then laid alongside fresh jasmine blossoms overnight while the blossoms are open - a process repeated across several nights until the tea has absorbed the fragrance naturally, without oils or extracts. The pearls unfurl slowly in the cup, releasing their perfume gradually across multiple infusions. The result is a clean, luminous jasmine tea with a genuine floral depth that faded or overly perfumed versions cannot replicate. Best brewed gongfu style for full expression.
