Returns

We want every purchase to feel right. If something isn't, send it back.

Return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt, and we'll give you a full refund on the cost of the item, excluding postage.

How to return something?

Email us with your order number reference to let us know you'd like a refund or replacement. We'll confirm the returns address, which is also shown on your invoice and packing slip.

Sent the wrong thing by mistake? Get in touch and we'll fix it!

If something arrives broken?

That shouldn't happen, and we're sorry when it does. Contact us and we'll arrange a replacement, no need to send the broken item back, just dispose of it safely. We may ask for a quick photo first, so we can understand what went wrong and put it right going forward.
