Jade Oolong

A lightly oxidised oolong from high-altitude gardens in Taiwan, Jade Oolong sits at the green end of the oolong spectrum - barely a step from green tea in processing, but with a creaminess and body that green tea rarely achieves. The infusion is pale jade-gold, with a clean fresh aroma, a buttery mid-palate, and a lifted floral finish. Exceptionally smooth and easy to drink, it handles higher water temperatures better than most green teas and rewards multiple infusions. An ideal introduction to the more delicate Taiwan oolongs.
