Ginger Soothe

This exuberant blend is inspired by Ayurvedic medicine. It features ginger root, fennel seeds and liquorice root, all potent antioxidants used for centuries to aid digestion and soothe the stomach. Rose and cardamom pods are also added, long favoured for their associations with anti-inflammatory benefits. All combine for an aromatic, caffeine-free blend that’s comforting and restorative, especially after a meal.
