Our Sparkling Lemon Verbena makes the perfect alcohol-free alternative to fizz on a hot summer’s day. Great for garden parties.

Canton Lemon Verbena

Minima Tea Carafe (or pitcher with lid)

Sparkling/soda water

 

brew time


10 minutes (plus chill time)

 

step 1: infuse


Infuse 2 heaped tablespoons of Canton Lemon Verbena in 600ml of boiling water.

 

step 2: chill


Steep for a minimum of 10 minutes and then chill in the fridge (you don’t need to strain out the leaves).

 

step 3: drink


Dilute with cold sparkling/soda water and drink.
