matcha, apple and basil cooler
This sparkling, vivid green drink is bright and refreshing, and makes a great, alcohol-free cocktail at a garden party.
1 tsp Canton Matcha
50ml cloudy apple juice
1 sprig crushed fresh basil
100ml soda water/sparkling water
step 1: infuse
Shake 1 tsp matcha, 150 ml apple juice and crushed basil vigorously in a cocktail shaker with ice.
step 2: chill
Strain into a tall glass and top with sparkling/soda water.
step 3: drink
Add a sprig of basil to garnish and drink.
