A complex and refreshing iced tea using Canton 1843, our tribute blend to the original English Breakfast tea created in New York in 1843.
ingredients
Canton 1843 (or English Breakfast)
Minima Tea Carafe (or pitcher with lid)
Agave syrup or honey
brew time
10 mins (plus chill time)
step 1: infuse
Infuse 1 heaped tablespoon of Canton 1843 (or English Breakfast) in 600ml of 95°C water.
step 2: chill
Steep for 10 minutes, strain and chill in the fridge.
step 3: drink
Pour over ice with a drop of agave syrup or honey for sweetness.
