Silver Needle

The most prized of all white teas, Silver Needle — Baihao Yinzhen — is produced exclusively from the downy, unopened buds of the Da Bai cultivar in Fuding, Fujian. Each bud is hand-plucked during a narrow spring window, then air-dried with minimal processing to preserve its natural character. The cup is pale and luminous, with a clean, subtly sweet flavour: melon, fresh hay, a hint of vanilla from the fine silver hairs on the bud. Gentle, rare, and genuinely beautiful. Brew at a lower temperature and take your time with it.
