Description

An artisan, whole-leaf puer tea from Flavours of Tea made from biodynamically grown leaves. The low bud content in the compressed brick gives it a wonderfully light and refreshing mouthfeel, which contrasts beautifully to the deep, complex flavour of sweet, sticky rice. A delicious, flavourful puer which will astonish those who are less experienced with fermented teas and delight anyone more familiar with this rarefied category, who is looking for something special.
Ingredients
Puer tea (Camellia sinensis)

Infusion
For one cup, measure out 2 grams into your teapot or brew mug.
Heat 250ml of water to 95°C.
Pour your heated water over the leaves and steep for 2 minutes. Drink.

The mountain tea trees grow with little to no manual interventions to enhance the exceptional flavour in every leaf. Look for notes of sweet, sticky rice.
