Taste & aroma

The smooth base of black tea from Yunnan in China is the perfect complement to the mango fruit oils. It has a refreshing fruity flavour, not strong but distinctively present and leaving a wonderful sweet aftertaste.

 

Infusion guidelines

For the ideal cup of Canton Mango Noir, steep in 250ml of 90°C water for three minutes.
