Description
These fragrant young buds of the pink Damask rose are grown in the sun-kissed Lalezhar Valley of Iran. Beautiful in appearance, aroma and flavour, these whole rose buds release an intoxicating natural perfume and make a soothing, caffeine-free, herbal infusion to calm you at any time of the day or night. Ideal on a warm summer’s evening and before bed. The farmers of the Lalezhar Valley once grew opium poppies here, now cultivating roses provides a safer, more secure livelihood.

Infusion
For one cup, measure out 3 grams into your teapot or brew mug.
Heat 250ml of water to 95°C.
Pour your heated water over the leaves and steep for 4 minutes. Drink.
