Description
An award-winning unroasted oolong with outstanding complexity from Wang Family Tea in Taiwan. Their picturesque tea garden is located in the high mountain Shanlin Xi tea growing area in Zhushan, surrounded by a highly biodiverse wild bamboo forest. The result is an oolong with exceptional terroir, which will yield notes of fruit and honey when brewed properly. Just beautiful.

Infusion
For one cup, measure out 4 grams into your teapot or brew mug.
Heat 250ml of water to 95°C.
Pour your heated water over the leaves and steep for 3-4 minutes. Drink.

A small-batch oolong made using traditional processing methods, with what the producers of this tea call a “100% fruit flavour”.
Properly brewed using the Gong Fu style, this oolong will yield complex flavours of lemon, green apple, muscatel grape, dried fig, yellow plum, guiyan and passion fruit.

The Wang Family Tea garden is nestled in the high mountain Shanlin Xi tea growing area and is surrounded by wild bamboo forest. The land was previously unused and home only to wild vegetation, which means the soil has never been exposed to chemical treatments of any kind, leading to an exceptional terroir.
