Description

“A tea so perfect that when I tasted it I quit my job and started a tea company,” says our founder, Jennifer Wood. Grown in a Taiwanese garden founded by the Feng family in 1921, the tea is handmade from the Chin Shin cultivar by farmer Feng and his sons. It’s bursting with floral notes and is unforgettable.

Infusion

Loose leaf: 4g
Water temperature: 80°
Water quantity: 250ml
Steeping time: 3 min
01 / STEEPFor one cup, measure out 4 grams into your teapot or brew mug.
02 / WATERHeat 250ml of water to 80°C.
03 / TIMEPour your heated water over the leaves and steep for 3 minutes. Drink.
