Description
Iron Buddha is a rolled oolong from Anxi county, Fujian and a much loved fragrant Chinese tea. It has a soft fruit depth and a smooth mouthfeel. This year, farmer Zhan Yiteng in Xi Ping Village finished off our small batch tea with a light charcoal roasting to give the leaves a rich, maple-like sweetness.
