Description

This is a tribute to the first tea called English Breakfast, created in New York by British tea merchant and marketing savant, Richard Davies, in 1843. His rich Chinese tea blend took off, as it was assumed to be already popular in England. And the kicker? Davies’ business was called Canton Tea Company.

Black tea (Yunnan Black and Keemun), Oolong tea (Da Hong Pao)

Origin

Yunnan Province, Anhui Province, Fujian Province. Expertly blended in the UK by Canton.

Infusion

Loose leaf: 4g
Water temperature: 95°
Water quantity: 250ml
Steeping time: 3-5 min
01 / STEEPFor one cup, measure out 4 grams into your teapot or brew mug.
02 / WATERHeat 250ml of water to 95°C.
03 / TIMEPour your heated water over the leaves and steep for 3 minutes if you're taking it black or 5 minutes with milk. Drink.
