Description
Assam is usually the main component of a good English Breakfast blend. Here in its purest form, it is a deep, dark and deliciously assertive tea from the Khongea estate at the heart of Assam’s tea growing region on the banks of the Brahmaputra river. Owned since 1949 by the Prakash family, it is an exemplary tea estate with high standards of welfare and state of the art production methods.
