A fragrant interpretation of Indian Chai, made with leaves from ancient tea bushes growing wild in the mountains of Vietnam. Mandarin peel, cassia bark, cloves and other aromatics are added for a rich, spiced flavour. Drink it black, or steep for longer and add milk.

The tea in the gift box is sealed in a clear compostable 'natureflex' bag, then packed in Canton's hinged-lid, airtight, white tin caddy and slipped inside a smart, black card gift box. The caddy is designed to keep. Use it to store high grade tea leaves bought in larger refill packs.

Taste & aroma

The Vietnamese tea has a soft, sweet flavour that is complemented by the Italian mandarin peel. In addition to the cardamom pods, cassia bark, clove and black peppercorns, the ginger gives this blend the heady aromas that you come to expect from a delicious chai, without the overpowering heat.


Infusion guidelines

For the ideal cup of Canton Wild Chai, steep 4g of loose leaf in 250ml of 95°C water for four minutes.
