Canton Basil and Apple Matcha Cooler

A sparkling, vivid green drink made with smooth, umami-rich matcha, sweet fruit juice and aromatic fresh herbs. The addition of soda or sparkling water makes it a bright, refreshing drink, perfect for cooling off on warm, sunny days.
1. 1 tsp Canton Matcha
2. 150ml cloudy apple juice
3. 1 sprig crushed fresh basil
4. 100ml soda water/sparkling water
Shake the matcha, apple juice and basil vigorously in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a tall glass and top with soda/sparkling water. Add a sprig of basil for decoration.
Matcha tips1. We always recommend sieving matcha before use to avoid lumps!
2. Matcha drinks should always be made fresh to avoid separation and discolouration.
