The sun’s out which means it’s time for iced matcha. Iced matcha with coconut milk anyone? Our simple recipe takes just a few minutes and uses just three ingredients.

Our beautiful new Matcha is made by our friends at Obubu Farms in Wazuka Prefecture, Japan. Matcha is a shade-grown, stone-ground green tea packed full of vegetal, umami, vivid green goodness. Matcha is super versatile- brew it hot, brew it cold, make it into a latte, cook with it, bake with it- it's the tea of the moment and we love it.


Iced Matcha Latte

You will need:

  • 250ml milk of your choice - we love it with coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Canton Matcha green tea powder
  • Honey (or other sweetener) to taste
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth. Serve over ice with a dusting of Matcha powder.

Can also be made hot by making it with hot milk and skipping the ice.
