For when it’s so hot you cannot possibly wait. This cheats iced tea is ready in under 5 minutes, and can be made using any of your favourite loose leaf tea.
Brew any tea following the correct brewing parameters, but using half the water. Fill your glass to 3/4 with ice cubes and very slowly pour your hot tea over the ice. This will dilute the tea concentrate and cool it down at the same time. Easy individual iced teas in under 5 minutes.
