1 tsp Canton Matcha
150ml cloudy apple juice
1 sprig crushed fresh basil
100ml soda water
In a cocktail shaker vigorously shake the matcha, apple juice and basil over ice. Strain into a tall glass and top with soda water.
We always recommend sieving matcha before use to avoid lumps! If you don't have time to do this each time you make a drink, add matcha sieving to your morning prep.
Matcha drinks should always be made fresh to order to avoid separation and discolouration.
