Canton Tea at World of Coffee Amsterdam

← Return to all blogs

We’re excited to be joining Marco Beverage Systems at World of Coffee in Amsterdam this week. Our founders Jennifer and Edgar, along with Head of Tea Ali will be brewing at the Marco tea bar.

While coffee is, undeniably, the main focus at World of Coffee, we are delighted to be asked by Marco to demonstrate the temperature-controlled Marco 3 button Mix with tea.

Read Ali’s blog on the importance of water temperature for brewing perfect tea

We’ll be brewing a collection of direct sourced Chinese teas Gong Fu style on the award-winning Marco Mix. Gong Fu is a traditional Chinese brewing method, somewhat like making an espresso in principal, with a higher tea: water ratio and quick extraction time which brings out incredible layers of flavour from the tea.

If you’re attending World of Coffee in Amsterdam we’d love to see you there, come drink some tea with us on booth B25.
